Step 2 - Scoping Session
In 2-3 sessions we work through a set of exercises that allows us to identify areas of improvement. We prioritize them together and we scope our collaboration. Full Money Back if we don’t end up ‘working together.
Step 3 - Engagement Kick Off
We start our project with a defined scope, so you see results early on. We work together closely to get your business to the next level.

How long are projects usually?
Short projects can be as quick as one month, where longer term change projects can last up to 18 months. It all depends on what you need.
How much do your services cost?
That depends on your scope. We only take on projects that have a favourable ROI for the client. Find out what your scope can be by booking a first discovery call.
How can I get started on a project?
The first step is to book a free discovery call where we aim to see if there is a mutual fit to work together. We then do a with a scoping exercise where in up to three one-hour sessions, we will diagnose your requirement together with you and come up with a list of initiatives and a project proposal.
How much do I have to be involved? How much time do I need to spend?
That depends on what you need. Expect 1-3 weekly calls plus some time for reviewing our deliverables. Some weeks require more of your time than others.
How much do you get involved?
That depends on what you need. If you need us to, we get our hands dirty: Working with your teams, writing SOPs, implementing tools, hosting workshops and so on… Alternatively, we operate in an advisory setup where we have weekly meetings, discuss the next steps and you execute yourself. We choose the engagement type that makes most sense for your situation and the outcome you’re looking for.
